NICOLE FEAGIN

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT IN PSYCHIATRY

Nicole takes great pride in helping her patients obtain wellness in their lives and she utilizes empathy, compassion, and an individualized approach in conjunction with evidence-based psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy to assist patients in getting to where they’d like to be. She is a board-certified psychiatric physician assistant specializing in treating mood, anxiety, psychosis and attentional disorders in adolescents and adults. Additionally, Nicole has a special interest in substance use disorders and is a licensed Suboxone provider.

Nicole completed her undergraduate education at Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology. She furthered her education at Mercy College by obtaining a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and was awarded both the Director’s Excellence Award and the Excellence in Fellowship Award. In 2019, Nicole received her CAQ designating her as a physician assistant with specialty in psychiatry. Nicole has a wide variety of experience, having practiced psychiatry since 2015 in psychiatric settings including acute inpatient (Stamford Hospital and Greater Bridgeport) and outpatient settings treating adolescent and adult populations.

DR. MICHAEL ADUSEI

DIPLOMATE OF THE AMERICAN BOARD OF PSYCHIATRY AND NEUROLOGY AND TRIPLE BOARD-CERTIFIED IN PSYCHIATRY, BRAIN INJURY MEDICINE, AND ADDICTION PSYCHIATRY.

Michael attended college at the New York City College of Technology of The City University of New York, receiving his undergraduate degree in chemical technology with the highest distinction in 2003. Michael completed his medical degree from Central America Health Sciences University in 2008, his internship and residency training in psychiatry at the New York Medical College in 2014 and his fellowship training in addiction psychiatry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine program at BronxCare Hospital in 2015. Dr. Adusei also holds a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Certification from New York Medical College Psychoanalytic Institute.

Dr. Adusei has served the community at Stamford Hospital as an attending for many years and has worked as a supervising and senior psychiatrist within the New York City correctional system.

Dr. Adusei provides comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and ongoing pharmacologic and psychotherapeutic treatment and focuses on creating a collaborative and comfortable environment for his patients, thus ensuring the highest quality of care to everyone he treats.

Do you accept insurance?

The office follows a fee-for-service model and does not participate in insurance plans. This allows our staff to have more autonomy and more time with each patient.

Do you offer in-office or virtual sessions?

We accept both in-office visits in Westport and virtual sessions serving the state of CT.
